Take Everything OutFirst, make sure your Detail Keg is empty.
FillGrab whatever you're spraying and figure out your dilution ratio, if necessary. Dump your final product into your Detail Keg.
Always make sure your Detail Keg is depressurized before trying to fill. Secure LidFor the best operation and life of your O-ring, make sure your O-ring seats flat into the lip of your Detailing Keg. We have found it easiest by holding the ring of the relief in one hand, as you clamp the lid closed with the other hand.

Connecting Hoses
The poppet sizes on top are slightly different. If you mix them up, it may be hard to get them back off. They are labeled, but the labels can sometimes be hard to see. The easiest way to remember: While looking at the Detail Keg logo on the front of your Detail Keg, the black fitting goes on the right, or on the poppet leveled OUT.
PressurizingWe offer two ways to pressurize your Detail Keg. The first is with our regulator, the other is with our valve stem lid.

RegulatorYou will need to install an air fitting into the left hand side of your regulator. You can also plumb it directly to an air source, the thread size is 1/4" FNPT. After you're hooked up to an air supply, face the logo on your Detail Keg, then connect the grey fitting to the left poppet/the one labeled IN. Turn the knob clockwise to desired PSI.
Valve Stem LidFill to desired PSI like you would a tire on a car.
